10/23/13 COPS KILL 13-yo KID w/ REPLICA GUN,NORTHERN CALIFORNIA (I was just in santa rosa a few weeks ago,beautiful not-so-little town up the road from san francisco. QUESTIONS:Did the kid raise his gun & point it at the cops? Are they sure he could hear them? If not, is shooting the wrong decision? Could they see it was a kid?
